This is evident from a police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, 27-year-old Grace Kelley “begged for money” outside a Murphy Oil and Walmart. Police said she had a neon green sign that read “Ride 4 a Ride.”

Officers said: “When spoken to she became agitated and asked if she was being detained. It wasn't illegal to trade her body for a ride. She was told to leave the area and stop asking for money/rides.”
An hour later, police said they received a call from a Circle K employee. Officers tracked down Kelley, who refused to cooperate and “began yelling” at an officer.

“She was dressed inappropriately, with a short skirt, cut open in the front, a pink bra with her bare breasts exposed, the skirt was cut in several places down to the crotch and her pink panties were pulled into her buttocks and v— – as if it were a thong, making her crotch visible to the public,” the report said.
“When she refused to cooperate, she was told she was under arrest and passively resisted the officer. She sat on the edge of the road and refused to cooperate,” an officer wrote.

Another officer said Kelley told them, “This is going to be a fun trial!” before resisting arrest.
After placing Kelley in the car, the officers identified her and discovered that she had done so various outstanding warrants throughout Tennessee. They noted that they would not extradite out of state.

“I think she blocked my number,” Kelley said. “My mom thinks I'm on drugs, right? She wants me to go to rehab. But when I went to jail, I took a drug test and I passed. I don't do drugs. My mom won.” If you don't listen to me, she won't believe me. She thinks I'm doing crazy things here….”
Of her arrest, she said, “I did it honestly. I literally had a sign that said, 'Help me with my ride. I was wearing a bra, okay? On top of my bra, I was wearing a sports bra.' Plus I was wearing a T-shirt,” she added. “There are women who go jogging in just sports bras every morning.”
She added: 'On top of my trousers I was wearing a skirt and I had panties on, not a thong, real underwear. No nipple was shown. No vagina was shown. Nothing has come to light.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kelley has a long history of run-ins with the law. She was arrested in 2016 for possession of meth. Two years later, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation.
She was released from prison in December 2022, but arrested again months later for an alleged probation violation.
