Nvidia's market value is approaching $2.3 trillion, increasing CEO pay and employee salaries

Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang received a 60% pay increase last fiscal year. His compensation was $34.2 million thanks to the artificial intelligence frenzy.

Huang's pay package included $7 million more in stock awards than the previous year, a $4 million cash bonus and another $2.5 million for other expenses such as home security and consulting fees, according to the Wall Street Journal. cited from a registration application.

CFO Colette Kress' compensation was $13.3 million, an increase of 22%.

Nvidia shares soared 216%, fueled by its AI chips and GPU market moats. With a market value of almost $2.3 trillion, it is one of the most valuable companies in the world.

This financial success also increased the average employee wage to $266,939, an increase of 17% from the previous year.

Nvidia analysts potential upside potential highlighted of its strong pricing power. They noted a significant upside to FY 2026 profits, but that is still not fully priced in.

Meanwhile, Nvidia remains vulnerable to the rising geopolitical tensions between the US and China as the latter retaliated against Washington's embargo on advanced semiconductor technology. However, the company has always retained some significant impact from the bans.

Investors can gain exposure to Nvidia through EA Series Trust Strive US Semiconductor ETF (NYSE:SHOC) and VanEck Semiconductor ETF (NASDAQ:SMH).

Price promotion: NVDA shares closed 1.06% higher at $913.56 on Tuesday.
