U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito declared in a secret recording that politically polarizing issues “cannot be compromised.”

Windsor revealed that the impressive image was captured last week at the Supreme Court Historical Society's annual dinner.

“One side or the other is going to win,” said Justice Alito captured on tape proverb. “There can be a way of working, a way of living together peacefully, but it's difficult, you know, because there are disagreements on fundamental issues that really can't be compromised.”

Lauren Windsor revealed that the impressive shot was captured last week at the Supreme Court Historical Society's annual dinner.

Justice Alito also agreed that the United States should return “to a place of godliness.”

“I think the solution really comes down to winning the moral argument,” Windsor, who introduced herself as a religious conservative while speaking to Alito, told the SCOTUS judge last week.

“People in this country who believe in God must continue to fight for that,” Windsor continued, “to bring our country back to a place of godliness.”

“I agree with you,” Justice Alito responded.

Chief Justice Roberts rejected a similar argument from Windsor about why the Supreme Court should lead the United States down a “Christian” path.

“I don't know if that's true,” Chief Justice Roberts responded.

Windsor later explained her decision to secretly record Justice Alito and Chief Justice Roberts in a statement to Rolling Stone on the matter.

“The Supreme Court is shrouded in secrecy and refuses to submit to any accountability, despite overwhelming evidence of serious ethical violations.”

If RadarOnline.com previously reported, Alito's secret recording shared online this week came while the judge is already being confronted calls for revocation himself out of certain SCOTUS cases.

It was recently revealed that Judge Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann, have taken flight inverted American flag outside their Virginia home in January 2021.

The pair also flew one Flag with 'call to heaven' outside their summer home in New Jersey last year.

It was recently revealed that Judge Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann, flew an upside-down American flag outside their Virginia home in January 2021.

Both the inverted American flag and the 'Appeal to Heaven' flag were carried by rioters stormed the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 to retain the then-president Donald Trump in power.

Judge Alito has refused to recuse himself from SCOTUS cases involving former President Trump and other January 6 defendants.

He and Chief Justice Roberts also declined a meeting with Democrats to discuss the court's ethics and the controversial flags flying outside the Alito couple's homes in Virginia and New Jersey.
