“They're torturing us!” – Political prisoner J6 Jake Lang calls for help after 1,200 days without trial in prison – Horseback protest planned for Wednesday | The Gateway expert

This past week, J6 political prisoner Jake Lang spent 1,200 days incarcerated without trial. This is Joe Biden's America.

Being in pretrial detention for years with no end in sight “feels like an eternity,” Lang told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview.

“If it weren't for God, I wouldn't have lasted so long as a prisoner of war,” he said.

Lang was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigations on January 16, 2021 for his alleged role in the Capitol riot.

He went to the Capitol with the intention of protesting peacefully and ended up saving lives.

Footage from the scene that day showed Lang pulling Phillip Anderson and Tommy Tatum from the ground as they were being trampled and carrying them to safety as police shot and beat the crowd indiscriminately with rubber bullets, tear gas and flash grenades. even the most peaceful protesters into a bloody pulp with clubs.

Jake told The Gateway Pundit last weekend: “They basically removed the dissenting voices from the federal prison in Brooklyn and took us both to a lonely primate room on the roof of the prison here.”

It's the same goal they have in mind with President Donald Trump. If I could see their wish for President Trump, it would probably be something like wearing the same underwear for over a week without them giving you clean underwear and an extra pair of socks or shampoo or bath towel to dry yourself with. These are the living conditions that, you know, basically await any political dissident in America today, or Trump supporters.

“I'm just at my 1200 day mark, if you can believe that. I just spent 1,200 days in jail without trial, without the right to bond or post. Even though we applied twice and were rejected.”

“My legal team and I have now filed a lawsuit. It's called a habeas corpus motion. It's a lawsuit against Merrick Garland and the Brooklyn NPC prison here and the assistant warden and the warden are basically claiming, which is true, that they violated my constitutional rights and my human rights and that I'm being tortured. And you know, this has been going on for three weeks now. The first two weeks of isolation I was alone and now they added Ryan Samsel. So we fight back. We filed a habeas corpus motion with the court exactly after 1200 days. So we are not stopping.”

“I think all of us in the January 6 community are just sitting back and wondering when this is going to stop. When will Republicans in Congress take a real stand for us? When will the Speaker of the House of Representatives convene a new January 6 committee and let January 6-ers like myself go and tell our story?”

“We pray for a Trump victory even as we know Democrats are engaged in the same nefarious scam: mail-in voting. You know, the scam they pulled and everything they did in 2020. We must use all the tools at our disposal. So, you know, we absolutely call on Republicans in Congress to put in place the checks and balances against the Bureau of Prisons that tortures us, against the United States Marshals who are complicit in our torture and solitary confinement and the lack of basic human skills. livelihood they provide us here. Congress must end this federal abuse of power.”

A protest is planned Wednesday May 8, 2024 at the MDC Brooklyn Federal Prison bee Afternoon Eastern.

Jake's father Ned Lang will be there, as will Cowboys for Trump member Couy Griffin.

Couy will be there with his horse.
