Megyn Kelly Educates Bill Maher on Hillary Clinton's Election Denial (VIDEO) | The Gateway expert

Bill Maher is clearly making the media rounds to promote a new book and he's talking to all kinds of people on the right. One night this week he appeared on the Greg Gutfeld Show.

Then he appeared on the Megyn Kelly podcast. In an interesting conversation, Megyn educated Bill about Hillary Clinton's 2016 election denial.

Bill insisted that Hillary conceded the race that night, as if that excused everything that followed. Megyn rightly points out that Hillary went on to call Trump an “illegitimate” president for four years. She even showed the clips to Maher.

Mediaite has the exchange:

As the two continued to spar over Trump's claims of election fraud, the two clashed again over Hillary Clinton and the comments she made about the 2016 presidential election. In 2019, she called Trump an “illegitimate president,” years after her loss had given in.

Maher objected after Kelly called Clinton an “election denier.”

“She was definitely the OG election denier,” Kelly stated.

“First of all, she came out before the sun rose to concede the election to Trump,” Maher said.

“And then for the next four years he said he was illegitimate, that he was an illegitimate president,” Kelly added.

Maher did not appear to know the “illegal” quote, but he claimed she had conceded the election, making the point moot.

“Whether you interpret her disappointment in losing it as the same as Trump not conceding it… it's a huge false equivalency,” he said.

Here's the snippet:

Try as he might, Bill Maher can't seem to shake his left-wing tendencies. It's good that he's trying to talk to people outside the liberal bubble, but he still has a way to go.
