Christine Quinn's estranged husband Christian's case is under review by the LA City Attorney's Office

Christine Quinn's estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, is still waiting to find out if he will be charged in the arrest allegedly involving their two-year-old son. The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirmed this RadarOnline.com Wednesday that “the Dumontet case has been filed with our office and is currently under review.”

This comes after our exclusive story that he avoided a felony charge after being booked for assault with a deadly weapon over the incident. The city attorney will now decide whether to charge Dumontet with crimes following his arrests in March.

As this outlet reported, the Selling Sunset alum and her ex make a bitter divorce battle after being taken into custody on claims, he threw a bag full of glass at their toddler, resulting in a hospital visit for the youngster and a night in jail for him. Christian denied the allegations, but Quinn said she had videos in which “the court will hear the glass shatter on my son's head.”

Quinn also revealed that she had photos of their child with “cuts on his neck and head of broken glass” and “medical records documenting his injuries.”

Christian was released after posting $30,000 bail and Quinn was granted a seven-day emergency warrant against him; However, Christian ended up back in the slammer for the second time in two days when he violated the order by returning to their marital mansion after his first arrest.

The exes eventually filed dueling requests for temporary restraining orders (TRO) against each other with a judge to deny Christian's request for protection from Quinn.

The former Netflix star is struggling to lock up her ex to get him the TRO hearing. In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Quinn accused Christian “hide” at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, claims he is paying the facility's staff so they won't reveal his whereabouts, in a desperate attempt to get her TRO thrown out.

She claimed Christian evaded her repeated attempts to deliver the order to him by allegedly checking into the luxury hotel under a false name – arguing she feared his endless cash flow could keep him in hiding.

Quinn said that based on her knowledge of her ex, Christian “probably checked into the hotel under a pseudonym” and “secured a block of rooms between which they could move to evade detection.” She also accused Christian of “probably paying the hotel to hide his whereabouts.”

She claimed that her estranged husband “has sufficient financial resources to continue hiding out in an undisclosed location indefinitely” and begged the court to allow Christian to serve the protective order under “an alternative method of service” to ensure that he gets the memo.

The judge has yet to make a ruling.
