A$AP Rocky's defamation case brings in a new judge

A$AP Rocky has – once again – been assigned a different judge in the defamation lawsuit filed by his alleged shooting victim. Documents obtained by RadarOnline.com shows Judge Randolph Hammock was fired from the case after the rapper's former boyfriend Terell Ephron claimed he did not believe he would receive “a fair and impartial trial” from the official responsible.

The documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 30, with Terell insisting: “The judicial officer named above, before whom the trial or hearing in this matter is pending, or to whom the same has been assigned, is biased. against the party (or his or her attorney) or the interest of the party (or his or her attorney), so that the declarant cannot, or believes that he or she cannot, obtain a fair and impartial trial or hearing before the judiciary . “

The change of judge notice was issued on May 30, stating: “This court hereby directs that these matters shall be related and reassigned to Judge William F. Fahey in section 69 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse for all purposes.”

“This is really nothing more than a publicity stunt that will backfire. I more than welcome this lawsuit, especially since the resolution of the criminal case has not yet occurred,” Tacopina said in court documents earlier this year. “This opens this extortionist to statements under oath, now before the resolution of the criminal case.”

A$AP's alleged victim is represented by Johnny Depphis lawyer, Camille Vasquezwhich gave him a multi-million dollar victory against his ex-wife, Amber heardin 2022.
